Doctors Nursing and Rehab: Registered Nurse - Rn

Rehabilitation Institute of South San Antonio seeks a Charge Nurse to lead compassionate, patient-centered care on our inpatient rehabilitation unit. In this role, you will oversee daily clinical operations, supervise and support nursing staff, and coordinate individualized rehab care plans for patients regaining function, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary rehab team. You will champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while mentoring staff and promoting a culture of continuous improvement in a mission-driven, community-focused environment.
