This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.

**10,000 sign on bonus for a limited time!**

Detention pay: $20 - $25 per hour

• Live load/unload per stop: $50
• Mechanical breakdown per hour: $20
• Safety training pay per hour: $20
• New hire training period: $Holiday pay: 8 hours at normal PTO rate per day
• Majority no touch freight

Rate is based on time in driving position.
