Sales Insurance Professional - Remote Position

Kessler Insurance Group is one of the fastest-growing Allstate agencies in the region. We are not a stagnant insurance office. We are building a high-performing sales organization, and we are looking for motivated sales professionals ready to join an already strong, fast-paced team.

**We are looking for candidates who already hold an Ohio Property and Casualty insurance license or are willing to obtain their license independently before beginning the licensed sales role.

Our goal is simple: get the right person trained, integrated into our sales process, and producing as quickly as possible.

You will not spend your first several weeks simply telemarketing or waiting for an opportunity to sell. You will be joining an established sales operation with lead flow, proven processes, coaching, technology, and a team focused on production.

You will learn our systems, sales process, products, and expectations with the goal of becoming a productive member of the sales team as soon as possible.
