Job Summary
Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-OASIS to join our team! You will provide emotional and administrative support to clients in either individual or group settings.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:

Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
Develop and execute individual treatment plans
Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs Maintain accurate client documentation
crisis assessments/triage with appropriate interventions
provision of other services related to wellness
other related activities designed to provide integrated health care services
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Master's
LCSW (New York license)
one to two years' experience providing clinical services in the mental health field
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Hybrid
Be able to provide specialized mental health care, often focusing on trauma, addiction and specialized therapies like EMDR or DBT
