Head of Operations & Business Management

We are looking for a Director of Operations to support our Revere brand. Our Revere brand is a leading provider of automation and control solutions for the industrial, water and wastewater treatment, power and energy, manufacturing, food and beverage, oil and gas, and pulp and paper industries. We design, build, and implement customized automation and control systems for highly complex projects. The Director of Operations is responsible for leading day-to-day operations across four locations providing integration & automation solutions to our customers, including engineering, project management, control panel assembly, procurement and logistics. This role focuses on executing operational strategies, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement to meet company goals related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.
The Director partners with senior leadership to implement operational plans, improve performance metrics, and ensure efficient use of resources. This position also oversees facility operations and company fleet management, supporting ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and capital improvement initiatives.
Execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives to drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction.
Lead implementation and sustainment of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and drive corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
Oversee daily manufacturing and supply chain operations to ensure efficient use of labor, materials, equipment, and facilities.
Partner with leadership to develop and execute short- and mid-term operational plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Manage production scheduling and material flow to optimize inventory levels, improve turns, and meet customer demand.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to assess workforce needs, support staffing plans, and ensure effective resource allocation across facilities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable regulatory requirements.
Support decision-making and management of company vehicle fleet operations.
Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects, including coordination of capital investments and renovations.
Directs operational performance and execution for a multi-site, multi-state brand portfolio generating approximately $75M in annual revenue.
Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational goals and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Assist in succession planning and development of team members to ensure continuity of operations.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on operational performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business Administration, Management, Finance, Supply Chain / Operations Management
Three (3) – seven (7) years in leadership/management roles
Must have P&L ownership experience for a business above $25M annually.
Must have experience with managing multiple sites.
Proven track record managing teams, budgets, and processes
