You will have the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team, interacting daily with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Physical Therapist Assistant, your daily tasks will include:Educating patients about the importance of body mechanics, effective exercise routines, and home programs to support their rehabilitation efforts.Administering therapeutic modalities, including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy, under the licensed Physical Therapist's supervision.Monitoring and accurately documenting patient progress using clinical metrics such as range of motion, strength assessments, and functional improvement data.Preparing and organizing treatment areas and ensuring that all therapy equipment and supplies are readily accessible for optimal session execution.Patient Population / Client FocusYou will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of patients, including those recovering from surgical procedures, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and age-related challenges. Our clinic is committed to addressing the individual needs of every patient, emphasizing a patient-centered approach that respects their rights and encourages active participation in their rehabilitation journey.A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.A valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic interventions relevant to physical therapy practices.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals.A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care, driven by a genuine desire to assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation objectives.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, allowing for effective management of multiple patient needs and clinic operations.Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems will also enhance the efficiency of patient documentation and coordination.Compensation and BenefitsThis full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
