Inventory Specialist
Fulltime, onsite
Occasional flexibility as inventory needs arise
LHH is supporting a manufacturing and distribution organization in the search for an Inventory Specialist to support inventory accuracy and daytoday supply chain operations. This role is wellsuited for someone early in their inventory or supply chain career who is detailoriented, analytically minded, and eager to learn.
Assist with cycle count activities across warehouse locations
Review inventory discrepancies and help research root causes
Support inventory adjustments and maintain accurate records
Monitor inventory system transactions including receipts, shipments, transfers, and adjustments
Assist with physical inventories, including monthend and yearend counts
Partner with warehouse and supply chain teams to support inventory control processes
Help prepare inventory reports using Excel (basic formulas, lookups, and trackers)
Support inventory data accuracy and reporting consistency
Assist with continuous improvement efforts related to inventory and warehouse processes
Support additional inventory and supply chain projects as assigned
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred

• 3 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, warehouse operations, or data analysis
• Strong attention to detail and interest in inventory accuracy
• Working knowledge of Excel; Exposure to ERP systems for inventory tracking preferred
• Onsite role supporting warehouse and inventory operations
