Hyperion Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Operator, Press to join our Production team, based out of Mesquite, TX supporting our Texacone brand. Reporting to the Manager, Operations, this position plays an integral part on the team by this position plays an integral part on the team by molding rubber products using our compression molding operation or molding urethane products using the cast molding operation. By executing tasks with precision and adhering to safety and quality standards, this position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing process and the delivery of products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Press Machine Setup and Operation:
- Operate multiple hydraulic presses by load preformed parts/mixed components
into compression mold and places in proper position in press before closing
Check for complete mold closure as safely closing the press to start the curing
After predetermined curing time, open the press and carefully de-mold parts
using hand tools or additional equipment.
- Clean molds before starting next cycle thoroughly.
Production:
- Adhere to assigned production schedules and meet or exceed daily production
Following specific instructions for each operation to ensure high quality product
precision and quality.
Quality Control:
- Inspect parts for defects or irregularities and ensure they meet quality
Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product
quality, increasing efficiency, and reducing waste.
Maintain, organize, and clean equipment and work area to ensure safety and
Notify supervisor when faulty equipment or defective materials are discovered.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the wearing of
appropriate personal protective equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1-2 years of experience with Assembly work preferred.
Ability to safely use and lift equipment weighing up to 35 pounds.
Provides necessary resources or helps remove obstacles to help the team
demonstrates personal commitment to the team.
Takes immediate action when confronted with a problem or when made aware
Identifies safety issues and problems by checking equipment and/or work area
