Independent Insurance Agents — Personal Producer Opportunity
Life Insurance | Mortgage Protection | Final Expense | IUL

If you prefer to focus on personal production rather than management , this opportunity is designed for agents who want strong systems, consistent lead flow, and the ability to grow through performance.

This role is ideal for professionals who value independence, structure, and a results-driven environment —without recruiting or team-building responsibilities.

Personal Producer Track (Sales-Focused Agents)
Utilizing a structured, proven sales process
Offering life insurance solutions, including mortgage protection, final expense, and IUL
Building client relationships and maintaining a book of business

100% commission compensation structure aligned with production

Compensation paid directly from insurance carriers
Flexible, remote work structure
Training, onboarding, and ongoing product support
Licensed life insurance agents (or willing to obtain a license — guidance provided)

Interested in growing personal production over time

Access to multiple nationally recognized insurance carriers
Structured training and sales systems
