A food runner is responsible for delivering the food from the kitchen to a customer in a restaurant. They are responsible for ensuring that each customer receives the correct order.
Greet guests with a friendly and outgoing demeanor and accommodates any special needs or guest requests.
Running food orders throughout restaurant.
Stocks glassware, flatware and napkins in all areas necessary on a continual basis.
Taking full bus trays to the dish area and replacing empty bus trays in the service stations.
Sort dishes at the dish area to help expedite cleaning.
Empty dining room trash cans as needed.
Perform side work before, during and after shift as has ended.
Present professional demeanor in attire, language and attitude.
Excellent guest service skills
Restaurant experience preferred.

Walking through dining room on carpeted and hard wood flooring.
