In-House Job Recruiter / HR

The Recruiter at Laboratory Testing LLC (LTI) drives full-cycle hiring across multiple departments, with a focus on identifying qualified candidates, coordinating selection steps, and supporting college recruiting initiatives. This onsite role in Hatfield, PA is centered on building effective talent pipelines through structured sourcing, strong stakeholder coordination, and disciplined recruiting operations.

As the Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing through screening, interviews, and offer negotiation. You will also support recruiting events and college programs to strengthen the talent pipeline, while advising hiring managers on staffing needs, candidate selection, and relevant market trends. In addition, the role includes contract recruitment and temporary staffing assignments to address short-term and project-based workforce demand.

Own end-to-end recruitment workflows, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer negotiation.

Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment data.

Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies, including internet recruiting and staffing services, to reach diverse talent pools.

Coordinate and participate in recruiting events and college recruiting programs to build and sustain a talent pipeline.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection and market trends.

Manage contract recruitment and temporary staffing assignments to meet short-term and project-based workforce needs.

Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout all stages of the recruitment process.

Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and managing full-cycle recruitment.

Successful experience recruiting skilled labor.

Three plus years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with at least two years hiring skilled trades or technical roles.

Strong knowledge of staffing services, technical recruiting, and contract recruitment processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with hiring managers.

Ability to manage multiple recruiting projects at once while meeting deadlines.

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Experience with college recruiting and organizing recruiting events.

Experience as an in-house recruiter in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment.

Familiarity with temporary staffing and workforce planning strategies.

Recruiting or HR certification (examples include SHRM-CP, AIRS).

Experience recruiting for technical roles in industrial, materials, and aerospace engineering.

Proficiency with internet recruiting tools and social media platforms for sourcing.
