Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor, a dynamic, driven professional who will play a critical role in the grand opening of Emerson Lakes, one of Erickson Senior Living’s most anticipated new communities in beautiful Lakewood Ranch, Florida. In this role you will provide leadership, direction, and support to the Housekeeping team members, in order to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for our residents and staff.

Emerson Lakes will be a premier, state-of-the-art continuing care retirement community designed to serve more than 1,500 residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care. This gated community will feature an impressive array of amenities, including multiple restaurants, a stunning outdoor swimming pool, a cutting-edge fitness center, an onsite medical center, and much more.

Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $50,000.00 per year plus annual bonus.

Prepare daily assignments and schedules to include established routine duties for housekeeping staff

Inspect premises to determine next assignments and to ensure that trash/garbage removal meets with health, safety and sanitation regulations including receiving dock areas and community grounds

Maintain an inventory of housekeeping supplies, materials and equipment

Create weekly, monthly and semi-monthly cleaning schedules for common areas of the facility

Investigate and resolve housekeeping related complaints

Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping operations

The Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) requires all new hires to successfully complete and pass an extensive Level 2 background screening, which covers U.Federal, State and City checks (submitting fingerprints), prior to the start of employment.
