Drive root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to minimize quality risks in manufacturing processes
Execute process audits and champion quality culture to strengthen compliance and continuous improvement

Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to address supplier quality issues and implement solutions
Quality Strategy - expert level; developing site-level quality roadmaps that align with business objectives
resolving complex manufacturing quality issues using structured methodologies
identifying and mitigating potential failure modes in manufacturing processes
Quality in Manufacturing and Distribution - advanced level; ensuring product integrity throughout the production lifecycle
Quality Management Systems - advanced level; maintaining and improving QMS frameworks to meet regulatory standards
Root Cause Analysis - intermediate level; investigating quality events to prevent recurrence

Strong technical mindset with the ability to apply conceptual knowledge to solve difficult quality challenges

This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
