Schedule: Full-Time, Salaried (Includes 24/7/365 On-Call Rotation)
Join Main Line Health as a ServiceNow Architect and play a key role in advancing enterprise-wide automation and digital transformation. This is a senior-level, hands-on engineering role where you will shape platform strategy, guide development efforts, and deliver scalable solutions that directly improve employee and patient experiences.
You won't just build-you'll influence design decisions, elevate engineering practices, and help shape the long-term direction of the platform.

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions
Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned with platform governance standards
Support a 24/7 on-call rotation as part of operational coverage
Serve as a senior technical expert and trusted advisor for the ServiceNow platform
Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to ServiceNow developers
Influence architecture, design decisions, and engineering best practices
Partner with stakeholders to shape solutions and drive platform adoption
5-8+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Strong hands-on development experience (JavaScript, Glide, APIs, workflows, integrations)
- Experience mentoring or guiding technical teams in Agile or hybrid environments
- Strong understanding of platform governance, data models, and performance optimization
- Knowledge of secure development practices and application security principles
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) with current Delta certifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred, or equivalent years of additional experience
Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS, CAD)
Experience with PeopleSoft, Sale Point, or EPIC
