Bank Teller - Temp

We are seeking an experienced Bank Teller for a direct hire opportunity in Mountain View, CA. This role is ideal for a banking professional who brings strong teller operations experience, excellent customer service skills, and the confidence to support branch leadership with transaction approvals, client service, compliance, and account support.

The Bank Teller will play an important role in delivering a positive client experience while helping the branch meet service, operational, and business development goals. This position offers the opportunity to work in a professional banking environment with supportive leadership, strong teamwork, and a focus on customer relationships, accuracy, and long-term career growth.

Process teller transactions accurately, maintain a strong balancing record, and provide courteous service to clients in person and by phone.

Approve large transactions for teller staff within assigned limits and provide supervisor overrides when required.

Open and support consumer and business checking accounts, savings accounts, CDs, and IRAs while ensuring proper documentation and account titling.

Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate banking products and services, and refer clients to internal staff or partners as needed.

Support the Branch Manager or backup with assigned duties, including handling difficult client situations and retaining at-risk customers.

26.00 to $31.00 per hour.
