RN – NICU (0.90 FTE, Nights)

Our Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Vancouver, Washington is seeking skilled, passionate Registered Nurses committed to delivering high-quality, family-centered care. This full-time night shift role is represented by a collective bargaining agreement.

Hourly range: $Hiring bonus available.

$7.75/hour night shift differential, plus advanced education differentials.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care needs of NICU patients.

Document patient care according to established standards.

Direct and delegate care to team members based on competence and credentials.

Participate in policy, safety, quality, and infection‑prevention initiatives.

1 year of NICU Level III nursing experience (required).

3+ years of neonatal nursing in a Level III NICU (preferred).

Active WA/MSL Registered Nurse license (required).
