Hospital Educator-Part Time RN Required

About This Role As a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator at CVS Health, you will utilize your clinical skills to educate patients and their caregivers about Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) therapies, providing infusion training and clinical support.
Highlights Pay: $29.10 - $62.32 per hour
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 24-25 hours/week
Travel: Localized travel required within the state of Arizona
What You'll Do Consult and collaborate with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy operations, and the sales team to coordinate the patient’s plan of care.
Assist patients who are initiating or transitioning to infused or inhaled therapies for PAH.
Travel to visit patients, with most patients living within a three-hour drive of Phoenix.
Work from home approximately 10-20% of the time when not traveling.
Requirements Education: RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing
Experience: Two years of experience in a critical care or acute care hospital setting providing high-tech infusions, or two years of high-tech home infusion experience.
Licenses & Certifications: Current unrestricted RN License in the state of AZ
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
