Registered Nurse Travel Job Telemetry Shift Nights

WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13‑week assignment in Jacksonville, Florida.

Responsibilities

Administer prescribed medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and accurately document all treatments.

Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report findings per facility policy.

Educate patients on surgical procedures and post‑operative expectations.

Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and clinical assessments.

Operate, monitor, and adjust specialized patient‑care equipment; interpret and document electronic data.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care.

Qualifications

Active RN license.

Minimum 1 year of recent acute care telemetry or surgical‑telemetry experience.

BLS‑AHA certification.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay package: $1,514 per week (subject to confirmation), based on 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week.

Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
