Collaborate with passionate colleagues within an exciting work environment supported by a comprehensive benefits package that nurtures your professional journey as well as your wellness.Conduct both routine and advanced laboratory tests across various fields—such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology—following established guidelines rigorously.Carefully analyze test results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and perform preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.Meticulously document all processes, guide and mentor new hires or learners, and ensure adherence to laboratory quality standards.Maintain a secure and tidy workspace while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality accreditations.Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within the first year of hire.
