Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse for our Medical/Surgical unit. The nurse will provide comprehensive patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and facilitate an environment of excellence in patient care.
Responsibilities
Conduct head-to-toe assessments of patients.
Administer IV medications and manage various IV drips.
Provide wound care, including drain management and vacuum-assisted closures.
Care for patients with NGT/G tubes and manage parenteral nutrition.
Monitor and manage central lines including PICC and midlines.
Address and care for Foley, nephrostomy, and suprapubic catheters.
Deliver postoperative care and support to patients.
Participate in daily Multidisciplinary Rounds (MDRs) and collaborate with the care team.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Active RN License.
BLS certification.
Experience with medical/surgical patient care.
Knowledge of orthopedic care and various medication administration protocols.
