Today, we are serving thousands of patients in our value-based care model and the number is growing every day. We are looking for a Manager to support our Analytics and Strategy & Operations teams, both of which play a pivotal role in delivering data-driven insights and driving growth and operational excellence of Hopscotch. This individual will be responsible for leading operational, analytical, and strategic initiatives for high-leverage areas of the business and quickly drive results. leadership, PCPs, clinic teams)

Conduct complex, detailed analyses to inform strategic, clinical, and operational decisions

Build and maintain complex financial and operational models and reporting to support decision-making

Identify and validate new opportunities to apply generative AI to improve access and quality of care

Work with the leadership team to pinpoint the highest leverage opportunities and needs across the business

Monitor regulatory changes and federal/state funding opportunities impacting care delivery, digital health, and value-based models

You collaborate effectively with both business and clinical stakeholders

3-5 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment such as management consulting, investment banking, or early-stage startup

High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools (e.g., Strong grasp of statistical concepts and skilled at data storytelling

Experience working in digital health, care delivery, or health insurance

Proficiency with data querying and scripting languages (e.g. SQL, Python)

Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
