We are partnering with Baylor Scott & White and actively recruiting Outpatient Psychiatrists in the greater Dallas and Madison markets.

We provide after‑hours urgent support to give you a balanced lifestyle.
Hybrid work schedule. Most offices operate three days a week onsite and two days a week of telehealth. We maintain a Google Review score of 4.6‑4.8.
Your team will include prescribers, therapists, practice assistants and a full support team.
Competitive base salary and quality‑outcomes bonus with no earnings cap
Additional compensation for APP supervision
CMEs: four days off and up to $4,000 reimbursement per year
Medical, dental, vision and 401(k) match benefits
Full administrative support
Board‑eligible or board‑certified in psychiatry
We hire residents nearing completion of their program, fellows, and experienced psychiatrists
