The Ob/Gyn Unit at Fairlawn offers specialized care for women, including comprehensive prenatal care, preventative health screenings and general gynecology. As an LPN on this team, your work will be primarily hands-on, with an expectation to assist with numerous procedures. A caregiver in this position works Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm with some rotating Saturdays from 7:00am to 5:00pm. This position will work at the Fairlawn OB office.
Provide patient care activities under the direction of an RN, Physician, Optometrist and/or Podiatrist.
Collect and document objective/subjective data and observations about patients.
Complete nursing assessments and report all data.
Implement the current nursing care plan, medication or treatment and communicate patients' responses.
Graduate of an approved school of Practical Nursing
Current Ohio license as a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN)
One year of patient care experience

Personal Protective Equipment:
