Senior architecture architect

H2M architects + engineers , a multidiscipline architectural, engineering, environmental consulting firm seeks a licensed Senior Architect to join our team.

Architect with 10+ years' experience in architectural design, CAD production and document coordination. Experience with interior architecture or interior design is also desired but not mandatory. You will also coordinate the efforts of both in-house and outside teams who handle structural engineering, MEP design, civil and environmental engineering services.

Build new client relationships with key accounts and develop strategic teaming relationships with firms in selected markets and identification of appropriate Teaming Partners to secure work.
Identify key accounts within targeted markets; provide executive presentations and maintain close relationships with a select channel of contacts at key accounts.
Key role in development of projects, from design development through construction documents and services during construction administration
Determine compliance with technical documents and industry specific standards and codes.
Exceptional knowledge of AutoCAD

• Exposure to Revit and other BIM software
• Knowledge of project specifications & CSI division formatting.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Sketch-Up, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required. Architecture enrollment in NCARB IDP preferred.
