Facility: Interventional Radiology

Schedule: Full Time Days

Drive clinical excellence by overseeing unit staffing and ensuring every patient receives high-quality, population-appropriate care.

Empower and mentor nursing and support staff through active leadership, professional education, and constructive performance feedback.

Optimize daily operations by strategically managing patient assignments based on real-time clinical needs and staff expertise.

Champion patient advocacy by proactively identifying barriers to care and resolving concerns through professional management channels.

Influence the future of the healthcare team by contributing to the hiring, training, and long-term development of clinical personnel.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Candidates must possess direct interventional radiology experience to be considered for this role.
