TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Manchester, New Hampshire, 03102!

Travel RN – Medical Surgical Telemetry (13-Week Contract)
Contract | Travel | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 13 Weeks
Provide direct patient care on a 47-bed Medical Surgical Telemetry unit with patient ratios of 1:5, with the ability to flex to 1:6
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, identifying and responding to arrhythmias and cardiac changes
Care for patients with conditions including vascular surgery, bariatric surgery, general surgery, peripheral vascular disease, sepsis, GI bleeds, and chest tubes
Operate unit equipment including Pyxis, Alaris Pumps, Bladder Scanners, EKGs, Atrium Chest Tubes, Dinamaps, and Vein Finders
Document patient care accurately using Meditech Expanse EMR
Float to similar Med-Surg units or other areas of the facility as needed for patient overflow, maintaining the same patient types
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
Demonstrated telemetry experience
Experience with surgical bariatrics
Cardiac nursing experience
Vascular surgery experience
