Work From Home Bilingual Recruiter

Bilingual Production Recruiter Lake Zurich, IL (WFH 1 day a week)

Our client, a growing manufacturing organization, is seeking a Bilingual Production Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for production and skilled trades positions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to attract top manufacturing talent and support workforce growth initiatives.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for production, warehouse, and skilled manufacturing roles

Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, community outreach, and hiring events

Build talent pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs while reducing reliance on third-party agencies

Attend job fairs and develop partnerships with local schools and workforce development organizations

Facilitate onboarding and ensure a positive new hire experience

Maintain recruiting activity, reporting, and requisitions within UKG Pro

Train hiring managers on recruiting tools and onboarding processes

Track recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Manufacturing recruiting experience required

Experience recruiting for production and skilled labor positions

Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills

Experience with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding

Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems (UKG experience a plus)
