The Recruiter is responsible for high-volume recruiting across several facilities across the company. This individual must be able to apply best practices in HR aligned with organizational policies and standards, as well as legal requirements. The individual is responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle; helping to build a strong employer brand; developing and executing a recruiting plan by studying the company's objectives and contractual obligations; Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Performs routine tasks required in support of recruiting.
Performs full-cycle recruitment including advertisement, candidate sourcing, resume and application review, phone/video screening of qualified applicants, interviews and initiates employment offers.
Builds and maintains talent pipelines within a line of business through targeted candidate relationship interactions.
Participates in all aspects of recruiting efforts and talent acquisition.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Work as the primary point of contact on special projects as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience recruiting for industrial roles and office roles in an organization with industrial operations. Experience in recruiting for manufacturing roles preferred.
At least 2 years of experience recruiting in an organization that maintains EEO compliance.
Experience in HR business process and employee life cycle (Hire to Retire).
At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office products.
Applicant Tracking System experience preferred.
Knowledge of analysis and reporting tools (BI/Dashboard).
Communicate clearly and effectively through multiple channels – oral, written, visual, and non-verbal – ensuring our messages are understood and delivered appropriately, whether in-person or digitally.
