Ensure production targets for output, quality, and efficiency are met or exceeded.
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary action as needed.
Communicate production goals, priorities, and performance expectations to team members.
Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments to resolve issues and support production flow.
Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and labor tracking using ERP/MES systems.
Lead daily team meetings and shift handoffs, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication.
Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and process optimization.
Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and customer specifications.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to use MS software to complete reports, emails and projects.
Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
Knowledge of production parts required for assembly.
