Remote Recruiter ( Bachelor Required )

Base Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year plus 10% quarterly bonus.
Schedule: Hybrid; 2 days remote, 3 days in office per week (Monday‑Friday, 8:30am‑5:00pm).
Location: 5340 Legacy Dr., Plano, TX.
CSI Pharmacy is a rapidly growing national specialty pharmacy that provides complex care to patients with chronic and rare illnesses.
Responsibilities Consult with the company to understand requirements, duties, and qualifications for vacant positions.
Collect and analyze market salary data to maintain a current understanding of fair and competitive pay.
Review and manage recruiting agreements and contracts with third‑party agencies to ensure compliance with policies and legal regulations.
Work with the legal team to negotiate terms of recruiting contracts and agreements.
Screen candidates, select qualified candidates for interview, and connect viable candidates with hiring managers.
Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on role, industry standards, and organizational needs.
Manage job posting and advertisement processes.
Schedule interviews and oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials.
Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and stakeholders.
Follow up with hiring managers after interviews to determine placement and collect feedback for unsuccessful placements.
Collaborate with hiring manager or HR staff during the offer process, identifying start dates and other details.
Arrange meeting locations, travel, and accommodations for applicants and managers when necessary.
Maintain compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.
Maintain up‑to‑date understanding of recruitment laws, industry trends, and best practices.
Attend and participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong eye for talent and experience with multi‑channel recruitment strategies.
Ability to interpret and negotiate recruiting contracts and service agreements.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and related employment laws and guidelines.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
Advanced computer skills, including data entry and processing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for a variety of roles.
Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative.
Demonstrated initiative, self‑motivation, practical learning skills, enthusiasm, and ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.
Capacity to succeed in a constantly changing, fast‑paced environment.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
At least three years of talent acquisition experience required.
Human resources or related experience required.
SHRM‑CP preferred; SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
Physical Demands Employees must regularly talk or hear, stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, use hands and fingers, handle objects, reach with hands and arms, and frequently lift or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment Work occurs in a clerical office setting with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Occasional automobile travel and exposure to changing weather conditions may occur.
