Support and coordinate our price agreements in our ERP system to ensure we have an updated database of automatic price and a limited use of specific journal entries.

Act as the vital connection between the Sales Team, CSR, and Supply Team regarding key requests: stock levels, lead-times, etc.

Maintain and update our contact database in our CRM and sample requests coming from ULprospector/Seppic website/ etc.

Help to coordinate the treatment and alignment of our customer complaints through our Quality Platform (Qualnet).

Support the team when Sales is visiting or speaking to customers by advocating for Beauty Care Specialty Ingredients at different levels (R&D, Procurement, Marketing, etc.) while working in close collaboration with marketing and application teams.

Grow and nurture accounts to contribute to the development of sales revenue.

Sales minded and/or relevant technical experience.

Skilled in fostering multi-level relationships with customers.

A proactive approach, organized, flexible & dynamic.

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (Osmosis AX).

Bachelor Degree in chemistry, biology or related field.
