We have an exciting position in our Allstate Agency located in both our Buick GMC and Chevrolet dealership. We are specializing in Auto, Home, and Life insurance. We are offering the insurance agency as an additional value-added service available to dealership customers. We take our job seriously and tailor our clients’ policies to their needs as an integral part of the overall car buying experience. Our dedicated agency staff work incredibly hard side by side with our dealership staff to ensure that our clients are Completely Satisfied! This position includes an hourly rate plus commission, as well as a benefits package. As a Licensed Sales Professional, you will help grow the Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships with dealership customers. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance. The agency will be open according to dealership hours which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll work as a member of a sales team focused on providing insurance and financial products that help customers protect their homes, cars, and retirement incomes, and live a good life.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
Be a team player to help grow the agency
Achieve sales goals through leads and referrals
Help protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs
Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage
Ensure a positive customer experience
Must be willing to work non-traditional rotating schedules, including evenings weekends and holidays
