Job Description We're a B2B sales agency representing a premier kitchen and bath manufacturer, selling direct to dealerships across the Wisconsin Region. We're hiring a Cabinet Field Service Rep to support our customers and keep jobs moving.
Serve as the main point of contact for dealerships on order status, delivery issues, and product questions
- Troubleshoot problems on job sites — fit, finish, and installation issues
- Coordinate with the manufacturer on replacements, warranty claims, and expedited orders
- Experience in kitchen and bath cabinetry, millwork, or a related trade
- Comfortable on job sites and talking with installers and dealers
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel the state of Wisconsin
