Paralegal(Litigation Management)

Job Summary At Daniel Stark, the role of a personal injury paralegal involves more than just meeting with clients, drafting documents, and managing attorney calendars and deadlines. As a paralegal at our firm, you will have the opportunity to embody our core values and work closely with a team lead who is dedicated to your personal and professional growth. You will serve as their guide as they navigate unfamiliar territory, and you will advocate on their behalf to help them reclaim control of their lives.
The Breakdown Provide exemplary customer service to your clients
Prepare legal documents, correspondence, demands, pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, and affidavits, under the supervision of a lawyer
Skills and Qualifications Personal injury litigation experience is a plus
Ability to distinguish between urgent and important tasks
Ability to navigate seamlessly through various computer programs and software
Outstanding writing abilities
Bilingual+
Salary and Benefits $24+ per hour based on experience and potential
