About the Role All Star Physical Therapy in Perris, CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our close-knit, outpatient orthopedic team. We pride ourselves on our family-like culture and loyal patient following, and we’re seeking someone who shares our strong work ethic and passion for excellent care. We are thrilled with our new AI documentation software. All of our PTs receive daily productivity bonuses which often add up to around an extra $1300/month. You’ll achieve success by Reviewing patients medical history
Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
Qualifications Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in California
CPR and first aid certification required

Responsibilities Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.
Comply with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance.
Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public and all members of the healthcare team.
Additional Qualifications Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
