$30.00 - $35.00/hour | Various Shifts

Full-time, Part-time, and PRN/Casual
Shift schedules include 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, and 10:00 PM–6:30 AM
~ Competitive Pay: $30.00 - $35.00/hour + credit given for experience, licensure, and shift differentials

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care by planning, coordinating, and implementing personalized care plans
Administer medications and treatments, follow physician orders
Uphold rigorous standards of documentation and infection control
Stay calm in emergencies, collaborate with teams, and proactively solve problems
Uphold the dignity of each resident while fostering a positive, professional environment
Licensed Practical Nurse with valid Illinois license (required)
One to two years of experience in a long-term care environment (preferred)
