RN Hospital-ICU Nights

The ICU Registered Nurse provides comprehensive critical care to acutely ill patients, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through specialized assessment and intervention. The role involves coordinating care, educating patients and families, and collaborating with healthcare team members in a fast-paced environment.

Assess patients continuously to identify urgent needs and update care plans accordingly.

• Deliver direct patient care aligned with clinical protocols and best practices.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans considering psychological, social, and cultural factors.
• Collaborate with physicians, support staff, and families to ensure seamless transitions of care.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and legal requirements to ensure quality and compliance.
• Hold a valid California RN licensure with current Nursys verification.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Ability to work night shifts, including every other weekend and holiday rotations.
• Comply with local travel regulations and onboarding requirements.
