Restaurant Food Runner/Busser (Full-Time)

YOUR ROLE AS A FOOD RUNNER

Assist servers in running the food from the kitchen to the dining room and onto the patron’s table, as well as accommodating the guests during their dining experience.

Ultimately, you will ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all guests by making eye contact, smiling, and maintaining proper posture.

Assists bus attendants in setting and clearing tables in accordance with Mr. Assists with serving water, coffee, and tea while safely transporting items to and from the pantry and kitchen areas.

Must be very familiar with the menu to ensure the quality and presentation of meals are up to company standards before delivering them to the table.

Respond quickly and properly in any restaurant emergency situation.

Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the dining room.

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
