Candidates for this position should possess a strong technical background with the desire to be a change agent and have the energy and passion to improve both our production and functional processes while leading with integrity. This is a hybrid role with travel requirements up to 25%. JOB RESPONSIBLITIES: Support project teams on the successful commercialization and start-up of new equipment and processes. Partner with operations, RD&I, quality, maintenance, and supply chain functions to drive improvements Interface with design, product engineering, supply chain, and other business partners on the design for manufacturability and process capability of new products or product extensions. Develop specifications to procure production equipment and/or complete production lines. Create training tools, documents and standard operating procedures for production processes ensuring consistent manufacturability. Introduce new perspectives on existing solutions to continuously improve production and material flow processes. Work independently within areas of responsibility on small projects or in coordination with others over portions of larger projects. QUALIFICATIONS: 4-year degree in Engineering or Technology Minimum 3 years of engineering experience preferred with mechanical aptitude Equipment procurement experience Project management skills Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles Knowledge of quality systems, SPC and process capability Positive attitude with a desire to build relationships and serve both our internal and external customers Strong, proactive communicator, effective both 1:1 and in groups Knowledge of 2D & 3D solid modeling preferred (AutoCad/Inventor) Ability to travel up to 25%**Pay Range:**$88,235.00 - $136,765.00**CULTURE AND BENEFITS:**At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
