Freight Checker / Loader

NCH has an open position as an Shipping Clerk at our Irving, TX facility. The shipping clerk position will report to the Shipping Supervisor and plays a crucial role in maintaining and managing our assets in areas including Equipment and Controls, Operating Supplies, and Inventory Control. Preparing and Loading trucks for shipment

Prepare various loads to be shipped

Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as necessary

Freight check shipments

Inventory and cycle count

Must be able to work with computer in all aspects of inventory, order processing system, e-mail, other computer related functions and typing

Communicate with Transportation and other Departments

Other warehouse activities as management deems necessary

Oracle, Clear Orbits and precision knowledge preferred

Ability to work overtime when required (especially Fridays)

High school diploma/GED

Willingness to work overtime
