TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Lufkin, Texas, 75904!

Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical / Telemetry
Contract (Travel) | 12 Weeks | Nights: 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM | Schedule Varies
Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Deliver wound care as needed in accordance with facility protocols
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using MEDHOST EMR
Float to other units as required based on staffing needs
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical, Telemetry, or Wound Care
Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a travel nurse
Ability to work a variable night schedule (5:45 PM – 6:15 AM)
Previous travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting
