WAREHOUSE INVENTORY PERSON

Position Purpose The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving. This role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities Stock and organize products safely and accurately.

Pull and prepare customer orders for pick‑up or delivery.

Load and unload delivery trucks.

Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.

Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.

Direct Manager / Direct Reports Reports to: Branch/Warehouse Manager. Travel Requirements Minimal to none; role is primarily based in the branch/warehouse.

Physical Requirements Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously throughout the workday; move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards using forklift or pallet jack equipment.

Working Conditions Work performed in a warehouse environment under conditions such as noise, hot or cold temperatures. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.

Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.

Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English; bilingual (Spanish) may be required in specific locations.

Preferred Qualifications Forklift experience or certification preferred (training and certification can be obtained after hire through company training).

Minimum Experience At least 1 year of experience in a distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse environment.

Certifications Forklift Certification preferred (training and certification can be obtained after hire through company training).
