We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Los Angeles office . This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, combining in-office collaboration with remote work.

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play an integral role supporting attorneys through all phases of the litigation lifecycle. You will work on complex matters, collaborate with experienced legal professionals, and contribute meaningfully to case strategy and preparation.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work product.

Support attorneys through all stages of litigation, from initial investigation through trial preparation.

Conduct research using court databases and online resources to obtain case-related information.

Review, analyze, and organize document productions from opposing counsel and third parties.

Prepare summaries of deposition transcripts and key case materials

Assist with preparation of materials for expert witnesses, including organizing supporting documentation

Maintain well-organized case files and manage large volumes of documents

Draft subpoenas and coordinate retrieval of medical, employment, and other relevant records

Bachelor's degree required, Paralegal Certificate preferred

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience drafting subpoenas and managing records requests
• A variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands, other business and organizational needs, and other factors permitted by law. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses. This position is considered full-time and therefore qualifies for benefits including 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
