Position Summary / Resumen de posición

Responsible for accurately pulling materials from storage per pick list or requisition and moving inventory to its point of use. Ensures proper return of excess or unused materials to storage, maintaining accuracy and organization in both physical and system records.

Schedule

25-30 hours per week (flexible schedule based on business needs)

Key Responsibilities / Responsabilidades clave

Move inventory to required locations safely and efficiently

Count, label, and organize materials

Maintain accurate inventory records in the system

Perform kitting, banding, shrink-wrapping, and other material handling tasks

Return unused materials to proper storage locations

Keep work areas clean and organized

Participate in inventory counts as needed

Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications / Requisitos Obligatorios

Ability to identify and inspect parts

Comfortable operating material-handling equipment after training

Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, and computer)

Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach overhead, and remain stationary as needed

Frequent walking and safe movement throughout the facility

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs occasionally

Must wear required PPE, including ANSI Z87.1-2003 safety glasses

Education / Educación

High School Diploma preferred

Skills and Attributes / Habilidades y atributos

Knowledge of inventory control processes

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Manufacturing and warehouse facility

Shipping and receiving areas

Office/workstation near production floor

Moderate to high noise levels, indoor environment with occasional temperature variations

Interaction with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment

Combination of standing, walking, and sitting throughout the workday

Occasional lifting and moving of materials and packages

Standard business hours with flexibility for operational needs

Required use of PPE when on the production floor
