We're hiring an RF Test Development Engineer to join our High Performance Analog Product Development team, where you'll develop automated RF test solutions for products in the Aerospace and Defense markets. You'll architect and debug the full test stack, RF hardware (load boards/fixtures/contactors/switching) and automation software for instrument control. This is an onsite role where the expectation is to be onsite five days a week at our Richardson TX office.

Develop, validate, and release automated RF semiconductor test solutions using VNAs, signal generators, power sensors, SMUs, and related instrumentation.

Define RF and DC measurement methodologies to ensure accurate, repeatable, and efficient production testing.

Design and support RF test hardware, including load boards, fixtures, test sockets, and interface cabling.

Perform measurement system analysis (GRR/ANOVA) to qualify production test capability.

Analyze large data sets to troubleshoot measurement issues, determine root cause, and implement corrective actions.

Support correlation between production (socketed) and design bench (soldered) performance.

Travel less than 10% domestically.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in RF test development or RF measurements.
• Experience modifying code within C#, Python, or another programming language.

This position requires a Security Clearance. Applicant must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance.
