Medical Assistant

Join TriHealth as a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant! Enhance patient care by assisting our physicians in clinical procedures, managing vital signs, and maintaining accurate records. Work Hours: Full Time, 80 hours bi-weekly Day shifts Some offices require working on Saturday mornings (rotation schedule)

Responsibilities include interviewing patients, measuring vital signs (such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height), recording information on patients' charts, and preparing treatment rooms for patient examinations. The position will be cross-trained to perform duties to enhance efficiency and continuity of patient care delivery. You will work cooperatively within the team, demonstrating flexibility, motivation, and commitment to quality patient care. Tasks include patient-related duties, medical record maintenance/documentation, and safety/environmental duties.

Graduate of an approved technical, professional, or vocational program Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through AMT, NCCT, or NHA, or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) by AAMA, and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification is required. Ability to perform common lab tests according to established CLIA guidelines and TriHealth policy Up to 1 year of experience in a medical/physician office setting preferred

Exhibit dependability in areas such as attendance, punctuality, and timely performance of duties. Demonstrate proficiency in assisting with medical procedures on adults and children. Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of clean and sterile procedures in the use of medical equipment.
