FMK is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Busser team, and we would love to welcome potential candidates to apply.

Busser Responsibilities:

Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
Clear tables and remove dishes promptly after guests depart.
Maintain and uphold proper sanitation practices.
Perform post-table clearing checks on floors for napkins, silverware, crumbs, etc. and sweep, as necessary.
Transport loads of soiled dishes, weighing 40 lbs and exceeding, to the designated dishwashing area to be cleaned.
Notify servers and managers when tables require attention.
Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant, including floors, restrooms, and parking lot.
Aid bartenders by handling ice, glassware, trash, and breaking down boxes.
Assist in organizing, polishing, and rolling silverware.
Conduct regular restroom checks to ensure cleanliness and full stocking every 30 minutes.
