We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in Marlborough, MA. This is a full-time, on-site role. Track projects for bidding and obtain bid documents
Review drawings, specs, and contract documents
Prepare labor and material estimates
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, purchasing, production, field operations)
Communicate with subcontractors and vendors
Document all internal and external communications
Support contract negotiations and secure signed agreements
Preferred bachelor's degree in construction, Architecture, or Structural Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in precast prestressed concrete
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Project
Experience with AutoCAD or BIM is a plus
Reliable transportation for regional travel, including Connecticut
Knowledge of large commercial construction methods
