Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer
Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer’s payment, including deductibles
entering RO into service database system
Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection
Confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns
Consult with customers on applicable service specials and keep customer informed on completion times and services expenses
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred
Basic mechanical understanding of a vehicle
