Dietary Aid / Server - Part Time (Evenings & Weekends)

We’re hiring Dietary Aides / Dining Server at a senior living community in Ashburn where dining is about more than food—it’s about care, consistency, and connection.

This is not restaurant chaos. It’s a structured, team‑based role serving the same residents each day in a calm, supportive environment.

Responsible for the overall efficiency of the dining room and pantry; assists with preparation, stocking, serving and post meal clean up of meals and snacks to ensure adequate nutritional intake for all residents. You’ll ensure the dining room and pantry run smoothly, supporting our goal of providing a great dining experience.

Compensation: $16.00 -$18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience plus $300 sign on bonus!

Part time shifts are available with required hours- 7:00 am - 12:00 noon or 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm any day

Afternoon shifts - Thursday, Friday- 4:00 pm- 8pm plus every other weekend scheduling

Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age

Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant

Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant by coordinating with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff work efficiently

Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up

Ensure all residents receive adequate nutritional intake

Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen

Assist in training the wait staff

Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment is preferred, but will train if no experience

Flexible with schedule, available to work some weekends and holidays
